Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped from our own warehouses located across multiple locations in India. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all products are carefully packed, dispatched on time, and delivered safely to our customers.
Our standard delivery timeline is 7 to 10 business days from the date of receipt of the order and successful confirmation of payment. This timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, order volume, courier partner schedules, and the delivery destination.
Custom Products
For products that are customized or made-to-order, delivery timelines are slightly longer due to the additional time required for customization, quality checks, and specialized packaging. Custom products are generally delivered within 10 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Customers are requested to note that customization timelines may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the customization requested.
Delivery Location & Address Accuracy
Delivery timelines may be affected by the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact number, and other required details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Since all transactions are authorized by the cardholder or payment account holder, we do not accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Mode & Timing of Delivery
Orders are delivered either through our in-house delivery staff or through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. Deliveries are generally attempted between 10:30 AM and 6:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery attempts may be rescheduled by the courier partner based on operational constraints, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Acknowledgement of Delivery
All goods delivered must be acknowledged at the delivery address. The recipient is required to check the package upon receipt. Once the order is delivered and acknowledged at the provided address, it will be considered successfully delivered. We do not take responsibility for acknowledgements or acceptance of delivery by any person other than the individual who placed the order or an authorized recipient present at the delivery address.
Damages, Shortages & Claims
While we take utmost care in packaging and handling all shipments, if a customer receives a package that is damaged, incomplete, or has missing items, the issue must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours (one day) of delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
To report any issues related to shortages, damages, or discrepancies, customers must contact us through the “Contact Us” page available on our website and provide relevant order details along with photographs or other supporting information, if required.
Delays & Exceptions
Although we strive to meet all delivery timelines, there may be rare instances where delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, such as natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, courier partner delays, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
